I finally had the chance to do a test roast with the Craft 12. I decided to do an analogue roast (without the use of Artisan) because I wanted to match the experience of roasting with the Craft 12 with the experience of roasting with the all manual Huky 500. The results were fantastic. The performance of the Craft 12 was flawless, as all elements of the machine worked perfectly well. Here is a bit of information about the roasts. 1.
